We now offer ALL members a FREE fitness assessment by appointment.   We will calculate your bodyfat, take your measurements, and weigh you in.  We will re-evaluate your progress every 4-6 weeks as requested.  As always, FREE circuit training is also available to help you get familiar with our equipment and/or answer any questions about our machines.  There is ALWAYS someone available during all business hours to assist you with any needs you may have.  We are here for YOU!  Give us a call now to set up your assessment or a tour of our facility!  See you soon!
