I just signed up for my third year at 180. I enjoy Body Flow the most and go three times a week when possible.

The only suggestion I have for Body Flow is to have an experienced instructor walk around the room giving tips while the main leader does her routine in the front. Because a lot of the positions are hard to hold with good form, and because the mirrors are not always easy to access, it would be helpful to get a pointer or two every now and then.

I plan to stick w/ Body Flow, and I enthusiastically recommend it to all my friends!

Thank you, Emily Kochetta

Thank You, Angie, for this rather daring move to try something new!

At first I didn't think that I was going to like this approach to my mid-week work-out, but it has grown on me, and I'm starting to enjoy myself!

Thank You for making 180 Fitness a Welcoming place for people of all body types, and for being willing to keep going right along when things don't go as planned (i.e. CDs with scratches and mp3 players that hiccup.) :}

Finally, Thank You making people, like me (i.e. cut-out like an "irregular piece of cloth",) feel half-way normal, and actually seem to be an integral part of gym-life at 180 Fitness.

Laughter, Joy, and the ability to SMILE from "ear-to-ear" has always been central to my definitions of health and being full of Life! For the most part I have felt accepted displaying my unique brand of humor.

(For THAT I give a great deal of credit and all my thanks to you, Lady!)

Sincerely,

Stan Haselton (A member who is enjoying a whole lot more BP these days, and a whole lot less BS, Thanks to Angie!) ;}
